As Fiat Lux-ASIA stated above, you can choose between cancelling your account or deferring your subscription since QuickBooks Online (QBO) will preserve your company data for 356 days following the cancellation date.
Follow the steps in case you're determined to cancel your account:
- Go to Settings and then select Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing and subscription tab.
- Click Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Follow the onscreen steps.
