About QB Community

Hi there, @JB751.

I'm here to share details about the features that you'd like in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The option to view and print cheques is already available in QBO. You can refer to the steps below on how to do it:

If the cheques are not yet created, here's how:

  1. In QBO, go to the + New option at the top left to get to the Cheque.
  2. Enter the necessary information in the desired fields.
  3. Click the Print cheque or Print or Preview option at the bottom.

If they're already created:

  1. Go to the Expenses menu on the left pane to get to the Expenses page.
  2. Locate the cheque and click to open the transaction.
  3. Tick the Print cheque or Print or Preview option at the bottom.

To learn more about managing cheques in QBO, consider checking out this article: Create and record cheques in QuickBooks Online.

I can see how having the ability to set up automatic depreciation, accruals, and BRS would be helpful for you and your business. While these options are not yet available, I highly suggest sending feedback directly to our product developers. They're always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QuickBooks.

Here's how to submit feedback:

  1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Please let me know if you have more questions about this or anything else QuickBooks. I'll be here to help. Stay safe.
