I'd like to jump in and add some insights about the "Item-wise discount" feature.
Some software features are not available in other country version. However, you can check in your company settings to see it. Let me guide you how.
- Click Gear.
- Click Account and Settings.
- Click Sales. Then, check if you have Item-wise discount box under Sales form content section.
- Mark the box for Item-wise discount.
- Click Save and Done.
