About QB Community
Hi there, Ripple_VAs.
Let's try these steps again to connect your PayPal account. It could be that we miss a step that's why we are having trouble connecting your account.
Here's how:
- Go to Banking.
- Select Connect from the landing page, or select Add account if you've already created an account.
- Search for your bank. (Make sure to select or enter the correct PayPal link.)
- Select Continue, then enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the pop-up window.
- Select the type of account you're adding (savings, current, or credit card).
- Select the date range for the download. Some banks download the last 90 days of transactions, others go back as far as 24 months.
- Select Connect.
Please note that if your using foreign PayPal account it can't be connected in QuickBooks Online. You would need to use the PayPal Philippines account.
If you're getting an error, let's use some of these troubleshooting steps:
- Use a private browser:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N.
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P.
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P.
- Safari: Command + Shift + N.
- Use another supported browser.
- Clear the historical data.
You can post more details about this so we can provide other solutions. We are here to help.
