Thank you for the quick follow-up, peterbooth.

I understand how important the open banking feature is to your business, particularly in downloading your bank transactions to QuickBooks.

As of now, we haven't received reports from other users experiencing the same issue. In the meantime, we can open a private/incognito browser window by using the keyboard shortcuts given by my colleague @Adrian_A above.

If you can successfully reconnect, you can return to your regular browser window and clear its cache. This should get rid of any old or corrupted internet files that are causing your bank to disconnect every few days. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers for the best experience.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Support Team to investigate further and create a ticket if necessary.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. For example, Open banking.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose either Start a chat or Call us.

You can check out this link to know when our agents are available: QuickBooks Online Support.

I'm also adding this article to learn how to fix any open banking errors: Open Banking connection errors in QuickBooks Online.
