How can we get a stock status report like on the desktop version. Where we can see the supplier, stock item, quantity on hand and how much was sold that week. All in one report on the online version.

There are three reports you can use from the Sales and customers section to know what's on hand. You can run the following statements below to get the data that you need.
If you need to know what's still on order, go to the Expenses and suppliers group of reports. Then, run the Open Purchase Order Detail report. It shows you how many items are still on order and how many you’ve received so far.
You can also check what’s on hand and what’s still on order as you work. Just hover your pointer over the quantity you entered on any transaction.
If you entered reorder points, QuickBooks will also alert you if a product is running low.

Creating a Product Stock Ageing Summary report, like A/R, is unavailable. I recognize how it would help understand how long they have been in stock, so let me help you request this functionality from our developers.
In QuickBooks Online, you can review your stock by running the Inventory Valuation Summary, Inventory Valuation Detail, and Physical Inventory Worksheet. On the other hand, the Aging Detail and Summary reports are designed for Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P). In this case, the system does not currently offer an automated feature to filter and categorize inventory items based on their duration in storage.
I understand that this report helps identify aging stock and maintain healthier inventory levels. Therefore, I recommend submitting a request for additional reporting or customization options. Follow the steps below:

As a workaround, analyze product activity manually by running the Sales by Product/Service Detail report and then filtering its Report period. Alternatively, you can search for third-party tools in the Apps menu that help you manage stock efficiently.
