I am using QB Desktop Pro 2017.
When I entering an invoice, I select the customer, select the product and when I enter a quantity and use the + sign to add more to that quantity, QB just closes and I get no error message. When I enter one quantity on line 1 and another quantity on line 2, QB doesn't close and there seems to be no problem. Why does QB crash when I use a + sign?
Hi, Andre80.
I’m here to help fix the challenges you’ve encountered upon entering an invoice in QuickBooks.
Let’s first make sure that QuickBooks Desktop is updated to the latest release. Once updated, we'll run the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool (QBInstall Tool). This will help us identify any component issues related to your QuickBooks Desktop. Here's how:
Please refer to this article for more information: QuickBooks Desktop won't open, has stopped working, or not responding.
In addition, I've added this article if the issue is related to the data file in Quickbooks: Please refer to this article for more information: Resolve QuickBooks Desktop performance issues: Manage your data file. This will help you fix issues in your company file. Although this article is for the US, this is still applicable to your product.
Please let me know if you need further assistance fixing the problem when entering invoices. The Community and I will be here to help you.
