Quickbooks: SimpleStart Edition 2012 Release R9

Good day.

 

I am urgently in need of help. My client have recently purchased a new computer. In the process of moving over, we have done a fresh install on the new machine with windows 11.

 

My client have a registered copy, all I need is the install file or a digital version of the CD for Quickbooks: SimpleStart Edition 2012 Release R9.

 

I have used EaseUS to transfer QB over to a flash drive and again restoring the program on the new PC, but now I am faced with [Error 3371, StatusCode -1]. I think i must install QB from a new install file. 

 

Please help or advice. I have tried most to all the suggestions online to fix error 3371 on Win11

I would love to help you, but I just need some details about your concern. I've noticed that the product tag you've attached to this post is QuickBooks Online. May I know if your client using the desktop app for QBO Simple Start? 

 

If you're referring to the 2012 version of QuickBooks Desktop, please know that they are not compatible with Windows 11. The software will only run on Windows XP, Vista, 7, Windows Server 2003, and Small Business Server 2008.

 

Any additional information or a screenshot of the error will be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your reply. Have a good one!
