QBO Advanced. Guys out on the road only have access to estimates. This forces them to use the app through the browser. It keeps freezing. how can we fix this?

The users with higher permissions do not experience the same issues when using the app.  We do not want to increase the access of our Sales staff.

The QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app supports admin and standard all-access role users. Others with lower permissions will need to use the web version instead. Hence, it's essential for your employees on the road to access QuickBooks via the browser to create other sales forms.
