Hi there, Richard. It’s possible that the privacy setting on your QuickBooks dashboard is enabled, which could prevent you from viewing all financial information.

 

To disable that, you can click the eye toggle icon to view all the information.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left panel of your QuickBooks Online account, select Dashboard.
  2. Scroll down until you see the eye toggle icon.
  3. Click the eye toggle icon to view the information.
