After changing the Company Type on your Account and Settings, the changes should automatically reflect after clicking Save and Done.
Though cache speeds up browser's processes, they can also cause unexpected issues when piled up. Hence, there are instances that the program displays or labels don't update.
Here's how we can get rid of any cache-related issues:
- Access your account on a private window. It uses but doesn't store the cache.
- If the displays or labels updated successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
- Another alternative is to use other supported browsers. Each of them uses different cache.
Aside from that, we can also change the labels manually. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and Settings.
- Select the Advanced tab and go to the Other preferences section.
- Change the Customer label to Customers.
- Click Save and Done.
