To reset your password, please ensure you have access to your email and phone number.
Here's how:
- Go to our sign-in help page.
- Type your phone number, email address, or user ID associated with your account.
- You'll receive a verification code via text or email. If you use a user ID, click on the method you prefer.
- Input the verification code we sent, or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask you for additional info to verify your identity.
- When prompted, reset your password.
