Hi there, dennis30. You can find the statement option under the Customers column by clicking the +Create icon in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
From there, follow these steps:
- Click Statement.
- Set the Customer balance status to All.
- Tick the checkbox with the customer’s name.
- Select the Statement type from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the Start date and the End date.
- Once done, hit Save and send.
