Hi there, dennis30. You can find the statement option under the Customers column by clicking the +Create icon in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
From there, follow these steps:
Click Statement.
Set the Customer balance status to All.
Tick the checkbox with the customer’s name.
Select the Statement type from the dropdown menu.
Choose the Start date and the End date.
Once done, hit Save and send.
