To begin with, could you please provide the name of your financial institution? This information will help us determine the best solutions for your concern and check our records for any potential bank connection issues.
In the meantime, we can perform bank troubleshooting steps in QBO to refresh the connection. Here’s how:
- Go to the Accounting menu and select Bank Transactions.
- Select Update.
- Find your transactions in the For Review section.
