Bank Transactions List - why not displaying all Bank Accounts?

We can check the Chart of accounts to verify the status of these 2 missing connected entries, Wendy.

The 4 Connected bank accounts will automatically display an account card in the Bank transactions page in your QuickBooks account. If the 2 bank cards aren't showing, it's possible these accounts are marked as inactive(Deleted) in the Chart of Accounts, or it has been disconnected.

Here's how to check the status of your bank accounts:

  1. Open your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to Transactions in the left menu, then hover over the Chart of accounts section.
  3. Click the small Gear icon settings next to the print icon.
  4. Look for the Include inactive option, and put a check mark in the box.

If the accounts are all active in the Chart of accounts, let's check your linked account in the Bank transaction page to verify if these accounts are all connected to QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Bank transactions page.
  2. Click the dropdown option next to the Link account button.
  3. Select Manage connections.
  4. You'll be routed to the Your link account page and click your Bank account to see if the specific 2 accounts are still connected.

If the 2 accounts are active but still not displaying despite being properly linked, we can troubleshoot this by clearing your browser's cache to eliminate any corrupted files that may be causing the issue.

Alternatively, you can use a different supported browser to verify if the Bank transactions page updates correctly and shows all Bank account cards.
