Why is my invoice logo in the email message so large?

I'm trying to resolve the same issue with an oversized logo in the email template. I attempted to change the dropdown selection from ‘Online Invoice’ to ‘HTML,’ but it won’t allow me to do so. I can see the handle to change the dropdown when I hover over it, but no options actually appear. Do you know why this might be happening? Is this feature only available on higher-tier plans? I currently have the Plus plan.

Hi, lesha1.

We appreciate the effort you’ve put into resolving the issue with the oversized logo in your invoice email template.

The option to change the Email delivery method from Online Invoice to HTML is available for all QuickBooks Online subscription plans, including the Plus version. Since there's no option that appears in the Additional email options for invoices box dropdown, we recommend logging out of your account and then signing back in to reset the server session.

If the issue persists, you can access your account using a private or incognito browser. This can help bypass any conflicts caused by cached files or other browser data. Alternatively, you can also switch to other supported browsers for better compatibility.

Once the dropdown options appear, make sure to click Save followed by Done to confirm and securely save your changes.

Let us know in the comments section if you need further assistance.

Why is my invoice logo in the email message so large?

I'm leaving Quickbooks.  The absolute lack of effort in ACTUALLY correcting this issue is indicative of a company that simply doesn't care to correct the issue.  Canned responses & non-helpful AI replies provide the illusion of "customer service", but when it comes down to the very same issue remaining uncorrected for over a year that company's actions tell the real story.  This isn't the only reason I'm leaving QB, but it is the one that is no longer tolerable.

It's funny that my company is the one that looks amateurish and unprofessional when I send a QB invoice with a billboard-sized logo, but it's actually Quickbooks that is the amateurish and unprofessional company that can't even be bothered to correct basic format programming errors in its templates.  After nearly 2.5 years of trying, I'm just going to "vote" with my dollars and go through the major hassle of migrating all of my business book data over to a competitor's software.

To add to my post above, there was a fix that worked for a while...until it didn't.  I haven't had the time or interest to revisit this, but I'm no longer throwing my precious time away chasing poor performance and random format changes without notification.  It's just no longer a product that ads value to me.
