I appreciate your effort in enabling the account numbers option in the Advanced settings and verifying that it’s active, GBiggs. Let’s go through a few additional steps to ensure the account numbers become visible in your chart of accounts.
To see your accounts numbers you can follow these steps:
1. Navigate Accounting and click Chart of Accounts.
2. Select Settings above the Action column.
3. Make sure to Number is checked.
If you have already completed these steps but the account numbers are still not visible, toggle the Enable account numbers feature off in the Advanced settings and then turn it back on. After making this change, refresh your browser.
