Please note that the QBO Payroll Core support is available from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT. While QBO Premium, Elite - any time of the day, except for closed holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

I have tried to answer your question three different time today and none of my messages went through. Gives some kind of an error message. This is ridiculous!

There are times when the browser you're using has data issues, thus causing QuickBooks to act weirdly. To verify, let's log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. To do so, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:
If this works, you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I suggest switching to a different supported browser.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can further check on this matter and provide in-depth troubleshooting steps to get this resolved. They can also open an investigation ticket if other users are experiencing the same.
