How to get to next level help with a recurring issue?

I am having the same issue....again.  It first happened in March 2023 after three weeks of getting nowhere with first level agents, someone FINALLY put me through to the next level help. I think she was in Virginia, and she was wonderful.  She worked with HER advisors and got my issue resolved.  NOW, the same thing has happened and I cannot export payroll to QBO.  I clicked "contact" and asked for and received a call back.  I told him I had the same issue in March and would need to talk to a next level agent.  He told me this was a known issue and he added my name to the email and I would contacted when the issue was resolved.  I asked to speak to a next level agent again and he said he would have his superior call me.  He then put me on hold for five minutes, and told me he couldn't tell me when the supervisor would get back to me.  I know he didn't ask a supervisor to call me.  I need to get this issue resolved TODAY.  Please tell me how to get to next level agents that can assist.  I should have to deal with first level when I know all the steps they will have me do and I have already done them.

First, we want to learn more about the recurring issue you encountered to help you fix it. Would you mind sharing the error you encountered while exporting payroll to QBO? 

 

In the meantime, we recommend contacting our Live support. Their tools are equipped to pull up your account in a safe environment and review the root cause of the issue. You can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?). Select Search.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

Please note that the QBO Payroll Core support is available from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT. While QBO Premium, Elite - any time of the day, except for closed holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

I have tried to answer your question three different time today and none of my messages went through.  Gives some kind of an error message.  This is ridiculous!

I want to ensure you can export payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed.

 

There are times when the browser you're using has data issues, thus causing QuickBooks to act weirdly. To verify, let's log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. To do so, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

 

If this works, you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I suggest switching to a different supported browser.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can further check on this matter and provide in-depth troubleshooting steps to get this resolved. They can also open an investigation ticket if other users are experiencing the same.
