How do I generate an itemized sample cash flow statement?

I want to ensure you'll get the data you need, @kashefipourp-gma

You can pull up the Statement of Cash Flows report and customize it to have itemized details. Let me guide you on how:

  1. Navigate to the Reports menu.
  2. Scroll down to the Business Overview section and select Statement of Cash Flows.
  3. From there, set the Report period date and click Customize.
  4. Go to the Columns field and choose Product/Services.
  5. You can also add filters and modify the header and footer information.
  6. Once done, select Run report.

For your reference about generating a Cash Flow statement, please see this article: How to run a Statement of Cash Flows.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), tracking the amount of money moving in and out of your business is a breeze. For more information, check out this link: Track your cash flow in QuickBooks Online.

Also, QBO has a compilation of how-to videos that will further guide you in optimizing your navigation. It includes tutorials from setting up a company to running payroll for your employees.

I'm always around if you need additional assistance in generating a Cash Flow statement in QBO. Don't hesitate to post again here. Have a good one.
