Buy nowHi all!
I've got customer invoices and customer orders that all have the email later box checked. I probably have thousands of these transactions checked. I want to start using the send forms feature, but it's crashing every time probably because there are so many transactions it's trying to pull. Is there a way to auto uncheck all of my transactions that have the email later box checked or do I have to go through all of them manually?
Thanks!
Yes, there's a way to uncheck all the transactions you've set to email later in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) in just one click, @jroneill. I'll show you the way while providing screenshots for seamless navigation.
To begin, you'll want to access your company and go to the File menu. These are the steps:
For visual reference, see the images below.
On top of that, you can explore this article to help you personalize your customer transactions in QBDT: Use and customize form templates.
You can use the comment section below if you ever need my assistance in resolving QuickBooks-related concerns or need a helping hand sorting out customer transactions. I'll be around and will provide a prompt response. Keep safe, @jroneill.
@Kurt_M "In the File menu, select Send forms."
Psst.
"I want to start using the send forms feature, but it's crashing every time probably because there are so many transactions it's trying to pull."
I let the send forms do its thing for like 20 minutes before checking in. Shows I have 7500 transactions to send!!
I tried the removal process as provided by the QB person and OFC it didnt work. I ran the send forms again (again took about 20 minutes to populate) and now I have everything checked and hit the remove button. Gonna see what happens now.
This actually seems to be working but it isn't quick. It took about 1200 transactions in about half an hour. Still faster than I was doing it. Gonna try to let it run over night and check back in tomorrow.
