If you're using QuickBooks Online Payments for the first time, please note that your initial deposits may take longer while we set up your account. Once the setup is complete, your payments will be deposited within two business days. However, some banks may take longer to process transactions.

 

To find out how quickly QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments into your account, you can check your deposit speed by following these steps:

 

1. Click on the Gear icon.

2. Select Accounts and settings, then go to the Payments tab.

3. Review the Deposit Speed section.
