Yes, you can update your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account with your QuickBooks Desktop company file, Pderoo, but it's not a repetitive process.
QuickBooks does not offer an automatic way to sync data between QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (QBO). The two platforms are separate products, built on different systems, and are not designed for regular, two-way synchronization.
However, you can perform a one-time migration to move your Desktop data to QBO. After the migration, you must work exclusively in QBO, as there's no way to routinely update or sync changes from your Desktop file. Attempting to use both platforms simultaneously may result in data discrepancies.
