Hi, mbe-mac. Since the screen keeps displaying "we're fetching your data", start by refreshing your browser page to reinstate the connection issue.
If refreshing doesn’t work, log out of QuickBooks completely:
- Click your Profile Icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Select Sign Out.
- Then, wait a few moments and log back in to restart the session.
