Some of our payable invoices and customer invoices are overlapping between systems. I want to migrate payables and accounts receivables to our new system. I would recommend to convert your data again from QB Desktop to a new QB Online account. Then you can purchase a 3rd party service to migrate new data from your old QBO account to the new QBO account.
