Bulk Pricing

Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community. I'll be providing details about setting up the price on your items in QuickBooks. Then, to ensure that you'll be able to perform alternative steps to achieve your goal.

Creating bulk pricing for a group of items is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. However, there's a Pricing rule feature that lets you control the price of your products and services. You can offer discounts or charge different rates by item. You can also offer them to only certain customers for a specified amount of time. Please know that setting up inventory tracking isn't necessary to use this feature.

To start with, you'll have to go to the Account and Settings page. From there you'll see the option to turn on the said option. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
2. Choose the Sales tab.
3. From the Products and services section, select Edit or the pencil icon✏️.
4. Click the Turn on price rules Beta radio button.
5. Press Save and click Done.

Once done, you can now begin creating a price rule so you can apply this to your sales transactions. You can open this article to view further details or steps on how to perform the process: Set price rules in QuickBooks Online.
