Where are the Tasks and Reminders Widgets in the new view of Quickbooks Online?

In the new QuickBooks Online (QBO) interface, you can find Tasks and Reminders in the upper-right corner of your screen by clicking the clipboard icon.

I was on the phone with Jose for 45 minutes trying to figure this out.  None of my tasks or reminders show up! But they are still there in the previous view as you can see in the picture I attached. How can this be fixed without me having to manually enter them?
