Yes, you can get a credit card payment instantly in QuickBooks Online using the Instant Deposit feature, Schandler.
Instant Deposit is an additional service from QuickBooks Payments that allows you to transfer customer payments to your bank account within minutes. To use this feature, you'll need an active QuickBooks Payments account and a linked, eligible debit card.
You can either request a one-time instant deposit or schedule automatic deposits in QuickBooks.
For a one-time instant deposit request:
- Go to the My apps menu and select the Sales & Get Paid tab.
- Select QuickBooks payouts.
- Under the Instant Deposit section, select Get it now.
- Review the total amount and applicable fees.
- Click Get it now to complete your request.
Your funds will show in your bank account within minutes. Depending on your bank's processing time, it might take up to 30 minutes for the transfer to finalize. You'll receive a confirmation email once the transfer is complete.
To set up an automatic deposit, follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
- Choose the Payments tab.
- In the Deposit Speed section, choose Set a schedule for instant deposits.
- Select the days you want instant deposits for.
- Click Save schedule.
