I appreciate you sharing this matter in the Community, Ana. To experience the new interface in QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon at the top right corner, scroll down, and you will see the Switch option.

The option to switch to the new experience is available exclusively to Master/Primary admins, @Sharla_13.

If you’re already set up as the Master/Primary admin on the account, I recommend refreshing your browser and signing in and out of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. This ensures any recent changes to the account settings or permissions are properly synced and fully reflected in your user experience.
