Invoice sending

Hi all,

Months ago I had to add a bcc email to one of my customers invoices. I can now not get rid of it. I can delete every time I do an invoice- but I want to permanently delete the Bcc address that is stored against this customer. I have searched in the customer details and in my invoicing settings but can't find a way. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction please before my bcc colleague gets so fed up of me forgetting to delete her address that she leaves!

Thank you for reviewing your customer details and invoicing settings, Imogen.

 

Let's go ahead and remove the default Bcc email. You can navigate to the Account and settings menu and follow these steps below:

 

  1. From the Account and settings page, choose Sales.
  2. Scroll to the Messages section.
  3. In the Blind Copy (Bcc) new invoices to the address field, delete the listed email.
  4. Once done, click Save, then Done.
