Can I increase the date range to record a invoice payment? I cant go back far enough. Payment is visible transaction area but I can't allocate it to an invoice.

When matching transactions, QuickBooks will automatically display all possible matches. If the payment does not appear in the list, you can record the invoice payment as Cash in the Deposited to field.
