My app has stopped updating. It’s connected to my bank but since the end of August it has not updated

I get how important it is to keep your transactions up to date, Chris. Let’s go through some troubleshooting steps to ensure your bank feeds are running smoothly.

Many banks refresh transactions in QuickBooks every 24 hours, though the timing can vary. Since your bank account is no longer showing updates, let's do it manually. Here's how:

For Android:

1. From the bottom menu, tap Transactions.
2. Go to the three dots in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. Select Manage bank connections, then choose the bank account you want to update.
4. Tap the Refresh icon.

For IOS:

1. Tap Menu in the lower-right corner, then Transactions.
2. Select the three dots in the upper-right corner of the page, then choose Manage bank connections.
3. Tap your bank account, then hit the Refresh icon to update.

In case your bank connection has expired, go to your Dashboard, select Manage Consent, and tap Reconfirm to renew it.
