This has been bugging me for months. I access QBO through a web browser on my phone or tablet. When I create an invoice then tap in any of the service item fields (Service Date, Product/Sevice, Item/Service Code etc), the keyboard pops up from the bottom of the screen then immediately disappears. I am unable to enter anything into the Service/Product line.
I've tried clearing the browser cache, deleting all cookies and other site data. I've tried three Android keyboards, Gboard, Samsung Keyboard and Swiftkey. The problem occurs on both my phone (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra) and tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, both around one year old and fully up to date. It happens in landscape and portrait mode.
