The sales invoice generated in PDF does not show the logo, can someone help?

Let me help you show the logo on your invoices.

If the logo fails to upload every time, ensure that it meets the logo specifications established by QuickBooks Online (QBO). The following are the prerequisites:

  • The logo is a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file.
  • File size is smaller than 10 MB
  • Have a bit depth ( or color depth) of 24-bits or less
  • Uses the standard RGB color space (RGB)
  • The shape of the logo is square. Rectangles don't work
  • If your logo is CMKY-formatted, convert it into an RGB image using tools (such as Adobe Photoshop) before you upload it to QuickBooks Online.

Then, in Microsoft Paint (or Preview on Mac), open the logo and save it as a.jpg with a new file name. If the problem persists, we can take some troubleshooting measures to resolve it. There are instances when the browser is clogged with regularly requested website resources, resulting in errors or strange replies. Let's begin by viewing your account from a different or private browser. Here is a list of shortcut keys you can use to access one:

  • Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome RCV_0-1680755020407.png

  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox RCV_1-1680755020639.png

  •  and Microsoft Edge RCV_2-1680755020617.png

  • Command + Shift + N for Safari RCV_3-1680755020603.png

Once you have uploaded the logo to your invoice, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process the next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.

You'll want to keep track of everything from your logos to your sales forms. You can use this article to assist you to alter or eliminate logos from your QuickBooks Online invoices, estimates, or sales receipts: Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms. Additionally, I've attached this helpful resource that you can access for guidance in managing your customers in QBO: Add and manage customers in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know how this goes and feel free to add updates about this. If you have further concerns about adding a logo in QBO, simply leave a reply below. I'm always around and willing to help. Have a great week ahead and take care.
