CERB Amt Owing not showing up in CRA accounts?

Does anybody know why people owing CERB and paying not showing up in their CRA Accounts??

 

below is a letter my client received last year

Hi,

If it is not on their CRA account nor on a T4A, you should call CRA to be sure they have the repayment . It maybe be they will ask for the letter after tax season when they do their reviews
