How can I remove an alert from my payroll home page that has been resolved?

"You have 3 super batches that require review" The name of the Super fund was incorrect.  This was resolved months ago. Then name was corrected.  The payments were made. The alert is still there.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

If there is no X icon to close the notification shown in your payroll dashboard after taking action on the alert. I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, one of our support agents can check your payroll file and ask your details in a secure form.

 

To contact support:

 

1. Click on the Help (?) icon in QBO.

2. Click on Assistant or Search and click on Contact Us.

3. Enter a short summary of your concern.

4. Click on Continue.

5. Choose from Start a chat or Call us.

 

  • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, AET.
  • Call us. M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, AET.
