The QuickBooks app’s receipt snap function seems broken—although it shows “extracting details,” nothing appears in the receipts section.

I found that the receipt snap function in the QuickBooks app has stopped working. I tried several times, and although it seemed to work—showing that it was extracting details—nothing appeared in the receipts section.

  1. Go to the Help icon on the top menu.
  2. Select the Search tab and enter your concern. For instance, enter help.
