Difficulty in performing journal entry on quivkbooks online.

I am.having difficulty in performing journal entry using phone but thru website and utilising desktop version.For some reason on journal page no keyboard appears and when I press the account tab the chart of account appear and instantiously disappear have no opportunity to find relative account to perform a journal entry what is Iinteresting keyboard only appears when I insert date of transaction .on journal page .Any input would be grateful should I use a tablet perhaps or computer perhaps as opposed to using mobile phone .

In the meantime, I recommend utilizing the incognito window to create the journal entry.

 

Here's how to access incognito:

 

For Safari

 

  1. Tap the Tabs button (two overlapping squared icon).
  2. Swipe left on the tab bar at the bottom of the screen until you see the Private option.
  3. Select Private to switch to Private Browsing mode.
  4. Tap the (+) button to open a new Private Browsing tab.

 

For Google Chrome

 

  1. Tap the More icon (three vertical dots) in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Select the New Incognito Tab from the menu that pops up.

 

If the problem persists, you may consider using a computer to create your Journal Entry.
