In Payroll, bpay option is there but cannot be used.

I have just one employee I need to pay and I added the payrun. Then this gave me an option to select ABA or BPay. I added Bpay. Then I rang the customer service who advised that there is no such option except to use bpay for paying super. My question is why not? And if that is not the functionality then why don't you say so in the application?

As our customer service mentioned, BPay is used for paying super. However, to help you confirm your BPay setup and ensure all steps were correctly followed when creating BPay files for your employee, please refer to the Downloading a BPay file from the Pay Run section in this article: Set up and create BPAY files for employees.
