Hello there,
Yes, there's a report you can run to see all your transactions posted by date. To do so, you can generate a Transaction Detail by Date report. This report will provide a complete and chronological record of all your transactions. In addition, you can also make use of reconciliation reports to view your transactions. However, these reports don't add up to zero as they only list your transactions.
Here's how to run them:
- On the left navigation panel, click Reports.
- Type Reconciliation Report or Transaction Detail by Date in the Find report by name search bar.
- Select the report.
- Customize it to fit your needs.
- Export the report so you can send it to your auditor.

You might also want to save a report's customization settings. Here's an article all about it: Memorise reports in QuickBooks Online.
