How can I update my existing inventory list to bring in retail price and quantity on hand when QBO import only accepts Inventory type?

I need to correct all inventory types, not just inventory. I have 5-6,000 items so trying to filter them to separate the non-tracked items is difficult.

How can I update my existing inventory list to bring in retail price and quantity on hand when QBO import only accepts Inventory type?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) has different requirements for importing inventory and non-inventory items, Vergann.

 

When uploading your products and services, each type requires a different set of data fields to ensure the program correctly categorizes and processes each entry, to reduce errors and processing time.

 

For services or non-inventory items, providing the Name is essential. On the other hand, inventory items must contain the Product Name, Product Type, Quantity, and Quantity as of the date.
