Let's double check your finalisation event submission in your QuickBooks Online Payroll account to verify the status. Here's how:
- Click on the Payroll tab and choose Reports,
- Click on Single Touch Payroll.
- Select the Financial year and Pay schedule.
- Locate from the list the Finalisation event and verify the status. Finalisation event should Successful status.
If it is showing Successful. Let's send notifications using the steps below.
- From the Single Touch Payroll page.
- Click on the Finalisation Event ID that was lodge to ATO.
- Click on Actions and click on Send notification option.
