QuickBooks Online works on any browser and it uses browser cache and cookies to run faster but sometimes these can also block web pages from loading. Let me share with you some basic troubleshooting steps so we can fix this right away.
First, let's try to access your QuickBooks Online account on a private browser. A private browser does not store any activities, which is why it's a good idea to use it for any unexpected behavior in the program.
Here are keyboard shortcuts you can use depending on the browser you're using:
If you no longer see the reconciled transactions showing as uncleared, kindly go back to your default browser and clear your browser’s cache. It is a good idea to clear cache, to remove the temporary internet files and to help the application function properly. Please consider using different browser too.
