The client's CBA account has been locked again due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts. I think this QuickBooks vs CBA campaign is going to hurt the business; we need to develop a plan to ditch QuickBooks ASAP.
Mate I've had issues for the last 8 weeks.
Contacted quickbooks and they're no help. Just told me to standby and wait for an email from them. Still nothing.
Called commbank and they couldn't figure it out either so now we're in limbo not sure what to do..
