  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Bank Transactions page.
  3. Click the Update button.

 

Another possibility is that your bank connection with QuickBooks has expired. To renew it, follow the steps below:

 

  1. On the Bank transactions page, select the dropdown arrow next to Link account.
  2. Click Manage connections.
  3. Locate the bank that requires renewal, then select the More icon.
  4. Choose Manage consent.
  5. Click Renew and follow the on-screen instructions.
