How can I connect a new credit card to bank feeds? When I click Link Account, and choose my bank (CBA), it takes me to the form for direct feeds?

My understanding is that QBO doesn't currently support direct feeds for credit cards, so I'm not sure how to set it up with a Standard Feed.

Hi there, Lauren.

 

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) does not currently support Direct Feeds for credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online Australia.

 

Only the Business and Personal bank accounts are supported by CBA Direct Feeds.

Additionally, CBA Standard Feeds, which support credit card connections, are currently unavailable.

 You can also manually upload your bank transactions for your new credit card account.
