Now let’s jump right in and go over different ways that Apps can help optimize your experience with QuickBooks. When in your QuickBooks Online account, you’ll find Apps on the left-hand navigation bar. 

With over 750 apps that can integrate with QuickBooks, you have tons of options to choose from. Here are a few categories to help you get started! 

1. Get all your data in QuickBooks 

Streamline data entry by combining apps you may already use for your business. Data flows automatically into your books and then you can review everything in one place instead of going back and forth. A few major apps that can assist with the ease of data entry are Amazon Business Purchases, Paypal, Square and Etsy.

2. Seamlessly connect your Sales channels 

Automatically bring in orders and payouts from your sales channels using apps such as Amazon, Ebay, or Shopify. They can give you a clearer insight into your expenses and income. 

3. Spend less time on accounting 

You can find apps that will simplify your accounting tasks like managing inventory, tracking time, and running analytics with popular options such as QuickBooks Time and SOS Inventory. 

The options above are just the tip of the iceberg.
