Creating and Sharing

0 0 772

This month's Show & Tell came about because there was a #LiveCreativeDay recently that got me thinking about all the creative things people do but never really share with others.   I am famous for taking pics in the beginning stages of projects but then never sharing out the final finished item.   So I thought this month would be a great time to have people share the things they make with the world :)

Creating with Clay from Morgan

I recently developed a love for polymer clay jewelry, earrings specifically. They kept popping up on social media and I wanted to order some but could never decide on a pair. One day I said “I’m going to make them myself!” I ordered the supplies and here we are now. These pumpkins are some of my most recent ones that I’m proud to say I made.Image from iOS (42).jpg

Festive Crafting by Kiala

I consider myself a creative person but never with crafts. That's until my friend showed me how to make a wreath for my door! You choose your flower colors, wire, and ribbon .....then bam! You have a festive decoration for any season or occasion. I'm new to this, so this year I am going to try to make one for Halloween. It's now become first thing that marks the start of a new season at my house.:) And there's so many YouTube videos and Pinterest boards to help if you get stuck.Screenshot_20210915-093808_Instagram.jpg

Works in Progress by Lisa

I mentioned above that I always forget to take a pic of the finished product, right?  So it probably won't come as a huge surprise that I don't have a lot of "finished" pics to share here.  But the one craft that I have the most pics of is knitting, so I pulled one finished pic and one in progress.  The in progress one is a project I've been working on for about a year now.  I consider myself an advanced knitter, but lace knitting still gives me headaches so it's very much slow and steady wins the race for this one.  ;)   The finished piece is some wrist warmers I made last year, they are a great way to use up scraps and I love playing with colors and textures.  knitting.png
