Importing and Exporting Data

Is there anyone struggling with the connection to ABSA? Our QBO last connected in May. Since then, it connects successfully (we get the sms) but the data wont load.

Now I use the same excel to import and it gives me this message; If you still want to import it, change the info in the highlighted fields and try again.
