Why has my last BAS not been lodged with ato it has msg saying Marked as lodged not Lodged with ato like all others .Any help much appreciated.

Ive recently created a payrun that was not ment to be, but ive lodged this with the ATO. I know ican fix this in payruns, how will this affect whats already been lodged

Cant finalise payment summaries for last FY , if click 'lodge with ATO' there is message saying ' unable to lodge' a pay event with status 'Sucessful' cannot be lodged.
